Administrative experience in the field of Education
Preferably a BA degree in Education or Business Administration
Ability to be onsite 5 days a week after school to manage volunteers
Reporting skills (able to collect data and produce reports to both Greenhouse Project and Fredrick Douglass)
We believe that living in community with people ultimately effects sustainable change. As such, we have plans to purchase and further rehab more houses in different areas of Chester, PA.
We would appreciate a contract manager who is able to raise up volunteer painters, electricians, carpenters, etc. to help not only rehab facilities but apprentice interested locals in order to give them a skill set in the workforce and the sustainable income necessary to keep wealth inside the city of Chester, PA.
Project Management experience in Construction, Architecture, or other related field
Commitment to dedicate ten hours a week to Greenhouse Project urban renewal development plans
To see Chester truly transform, we realize that caring for its environment is imperative. In the next five years, we plan to launch an urban garden and co-op, host nutritional classes, and work with key stakeholders like Widener, Grid, and Stewards of Eden to raise awareness about wellness and provide the resources and mentorship needed to holistically nourish this community.

Intake Manager and Mentors
For Project MENTOR, we need a lead Intake Manager to navigate our processes for evaluating the needs of the people we want to support. The Intake Manager would meet with clients, assess the support needed, and work with our volunteer list to pair clients up with appropriate mentors that can mentor them weekly toward their strategic goals in financial health, wellness, educational pursuits, etc. A mentor must commit for at least two years to a client (or client family unit).
BA in Psychology or Social Work preferable
