Help Send a City Kid to Camp – and So Much More This Summer
Last week, we shared the story of Chayse, a middle schooler who took a chance on something brand new: a week away at Inspire Sports Camp — a summer experience created just for kids growing up in the city.
In his words, he expected it to be “loud, rowdy, being bossed around, kinda like school.” What he found instead was peace, purpose, and people who care.

Today, you can make camp a reality again for Chayse and 14 others with a gift!
Here’s how your help impacts:
Our goal is to send more kids this June to Inspire Sports Camp… 15 total! It costs just $130 to sponsor a child for this overnight summer camp experience, which includes transportation, gas, meals, activities, and an encouraging environment that many of these kids never get to experience.
But your support goes even further. Every dollar raised beyond camp costs will go toward other life-giving summer initiatives that build lasting relationships with these students, their families, and our surrounding neighborhood. That includes:
Local basketball camp
Weekly youth mentoring
Community BBQs
Family gatherings and check-ins
And more connection-centered events
This summer is about more than just getting kids out of the city. It’s about showing up for them in every season, investing in the relationships that help them thrive year-round.
